AVI PLUS HANDREARING PARROT 5KG (vhpr150)

Avi-Plus Hand-rearing: Parrot is intended for parrot type birds that are removed from the nest for hand-rearing from about two weeks of age. In order to protect the health of your young birds all the ingredients used are manufactured for human consumption. The product does not require the addition of any further foodstuffs. However, the addition of Avi-Sup Probiotics can be recommended.
Avi-Plus Hand-rearing: Parrot was formulated to assist the busy aviculturist by having an instant formula that would suit the majority of baby parrots. The ease of preparing the food means that more time can be spent on caring for your other birds and their needs.
Avi-Plus Hand-rearing: Parrot has all the necessary proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements for the development of the young parrot. Calcium and phosphorus have been balanced in the correct ratio so no further additions are recommended.
Contains: Wheat, maize, specially prepared Soya, casein, whole egg, calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, lysine, methionine, vegetable fat, salt, sucrose, multivitamins, minerals and trace elements. Total protein 20% min, total fat 8% minimum.

Feeding Instructions: To one measure of Avi-Plus Hand-rearing: Parrot add approximately two measures of cooled boiled water (i.e. 10g food to 40g water), enough to give a creamy texture that will flow from the spoon. (The amount of water depends on the age of the parrot and the temperature at which he is kept). Warm the feed to 38oC - 40oC, and feed with a specially bent spoon or syringe.

N.B.: The addition of any other foodstuffs to Avi-Plus Hand-rearing: Parrot will cause an imbalance between the essential ingredients e.g. the proteins, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
